Nudge Up: Star skills is a cricket based catching activity that challenges students to throw and catch a ball in a variety of ways. 

  • Activity: Individual 
  • Purpose of activity: Increase pupil physical activity through an individual challenge

  • Space: Indoors / outdoors. Ensure the space is suitable for pupils to move around safely
