A fun musical activity to develop listening skills, balance and body control.
Using listening skills, when the music stops players perform a steady lunge movement. They use the scoring system to mark themselves each time and aim to improve the quality and steadiness of their lunge before the music creates and they play again. How long can they hold their balance?
- Number of participants: Group / pairs / individual
- Purpose of activity: Increase pupil’s physical activity through a fun travelling activity
- Including all pupils: STEP framework included.

- Space: Indoors / outdoors. Ensure there’s enough space for players to travel and lunge safely without colliding
