11/5/2018 - Y5/6 Football League Match, Freshwaters V Cooks Spinney
Spinney’s final game of the BMAT league was against the favourites Freshwaters School and after the previous results this game would decide who finished top of the table.
Unfortunately the nerves got to Spinney and Freshwaters earned a well-deserved 5-0 win, Spinney never gave up although couldn’t manage to get the ball in the back of the net. Due to the other result it meant Spinney finished in third place with a record of 1 win, loss, and draw scoring 5 goals.
