Basketball Qualifier 23rd November 2018

In group 3

Cooks Spinney B

St Albans B

Roydon A

Freshwaters

In group 4

St Nicholas

Little Pardon B

St Lukes

Cooks Spinney A

Cooks Spinney B won 2 games and lost 2 but unfortunate they didn't get through to the final, they came 3rd in their group.  They all tried their best and I was very proud of them.

The A team won all their games and got through to the finals which will be after Christmas.  There were some excellent displays of basketball shots from Antonis and Saraj, Carmen was very good at intercepting the ball and being a really good team player.  Max and Alfie scored a vital shot when we needed it, Lucie and Moshi gave some brilliant passes in to space for their teammates to run onto.  Joel and Harry worked tirelessly, Harry managed to score a shot in the last few minutes of that game bringing great joy to the whole team.
