At the Change4life Festival there was 10 different activities which all of the children got a chance to participate in. When moving between and participating in the activities there was music which was playing and you had to travel in different ways. The first activity was the bean bag challenge, you would get 4 beanbags and you would have to throw them in either the red, green or yellow hoop. The next activity was a Tag Rugby activity, you would have to put a Tag belt on and two tags, the aim was to get the whole way around the semi circle without losing any of your tags. The next activity was Hockey, here you had to dribble in and out of the cones with the hockey ball and then when you get to the end try and hit the ball into the mini goal. Another activity which the children done was a sack race. The next activity that the children participated in was one involving an Army net. The aim of this was to get the Football into the goal. The children done 5 speed bounce , crawled under the net and then they had to kick the Football into the goal. Archery was the activity that the children participated in next, they had to aim the bow and arrow at the target. For the next activity there were 3 balls and a golf club and you had to aim to hit the target on the ground. On another activity you had a Tennis Racket and Ball and you had to walk over a bench and go through the hoop all whilst balancing the ball on the racket. On the last activity the children had to go through a hoop and over a hurdle then they would finally crawl through the tunnel. All of the children enjoyed themselves. We are really proud of them.
