A great competitive game of football

On Wednesday 5th February our year 5/6 boys football team played in the quarter finals of the Kingston Cup playing against a very good Green Lane team. A very competitive and high goalscoring game ended in a 3-3 draw with both teams playing some excellent football and some great goals scored. 40 minutes couldn’t decide which team would go through to the Semi Finals so extra time was needed, an extra 10 minutes of football was played and it was Corpus Christi who managed to score and win the game and progress through to the Semi Finals.
