Surbiton Tennis Trophy
A great day at the tennis!
A great way to return to school after half term with a trip to Surbiton Rackets and Fitness Club. Our year 6 children travelled by train to spend the day watching some professional tennis players in the Surbiton Trophy which is part of the ATP Challenger Tour.
The children were lucky enough to watch a thrilling game between Lukas Lacko and Dustin Brown which ended with a win to Lukas Lacko 2 sets to nil.
After watching the match the children then went on to the gravel courts to play and practice lots of different skills and take part in competitions which was very enjoyable. A big thank you to Surbiton Tennis club for a great day that all the children really enjoyed.
