Year 3 Football Team
On Friday 2nd November the Corpus Christi Year 3 football team went over to Kew association football ground to play in a 5 aside football festival. There were 15 teams in total spread out into 3 groups.
We played 4 games against St Elizabeths, Tolworth, Lime Tree, and Malden Manor. After drawing our first game 0-0 the boys found their goal scoring boots and managed to win the next three games 4-0, 4-1 and 1-0.
The festival was very well organised and the year 3 team enjoyed every minute of it, playing some excellent passing football, learning and experiencing playing in different positions and scoring some great goals.
Well done to all 7 players involved, you represented Corpus Christi very well.
