Diving

Groups of children experienced a diving taster session at Garons.

 Over the last couple of Fridays, a group of Year 3 and Year 5 children (on different dates) visited Garons Diving Centre to experience an hour of diving tuition. The groups developed techniques to jump into the water in preparation for any diving. They then got to experiment with rolling into the water before diving in off the side. The visit ended with the groups being walked up to the top of the 10m platform to view how high it was! The children thoroughly enjoyed their visit.
