Key Stage 2 Borough Sports
Key Stage 2 attend Borough Sports.
On Wednesday 20th June, 69 athletes and 4 reporters descended on Garons Park for the KS2 Borough Sports. After a cloudy start to the day, the sun appeared and soon heated up the competition. We had some outstanding individual performances, not only with results but also sportsmanship and resilience. We returned back with 4 medals and 14 competitors being invited to return for the Super Sports in July. Although we didn’t win any team trophies, the determination, respect and support shown by all members of the team was superb. Everyone gave their all in their events and can hold their heads high! Well done to all involved!
