Newbury District Swimming Gala

Finals of the Newbury District Swimming Gala on Wednesday 10th July.

On Wednesday the 12th of July the finals of the Newbury District Swimming Gala were held at Northcroft Sports Centre.  Representing us in the finals were Daniel Leach, Theo Wren, Charlotte Bevan, Claudia Connington, Freya Barnett, Ruby Drake, Emilia Turner and Kaidee-Lee Reed.  Daniel Leach got two 1st places:  U12 1 x Length Butterfly and U12 2 x Front Crawl.  Danil also received the trophy for best individual boy U12.  Charlotte got 1st place in the U12 Butterfly and a 4th for . Our two relay teams came 3rd (Kaidee, Freya, Claudia, Emilia and Ruby) and the girls won the best U12 team trophy.  Fantastic swimming from all the pupils.
