Newbury Schools Indoor Girls 5-a-side Football Y5/6

Hermitage finish runner-up in their indoor league and must wait to find out if we have a place in the finals.

June Gurung, Scarlett Turley, Imogen Burgess, Poppy Craik, Ava Souvertjis, Poppy King and Annabelle Pooley represented Hermitage in their indoor football 5-a-side league.  The team played against Parsons Down and beat them 2-0, they drew with Springfield 0-0 and with Sulhamstead 1-1 and lost 2-0 to Robert Sandilands, the overall winners.  The girls thoroughly deserved to be runners-up and our fingers are crossed that we go through  to the finals as one of the best after all the other leagues are complete.  Well done girls!
