Quick Sticks, Challenges and Grace O'Hanlon .....

On Thursday 18th October 2 teams from Holy Trinity headed to Sydenham High School for the Y5/6 Pathway Quick Sticks Competiton.

To our surprise there was a special guest .... Grace O'Hanlon who is the Goal Keeper for the New Zealand Women's National team. 

"Grace is amazing!" Zemirah Year 5 

Grace gave us lots of tips, about defending and attacking. She gave us a team talk before one of our games.

 The competition was a great opportunity to use our  skills in a competitive environment against children from other schools who also enjoy playing Hockey.  It was not our day, but we had a great time!
