Disney on Ice: Find Your Hero

On Friday 9th December our pupils were invited to discover the hero inside us all at Disney On Ice when your favourite Disney stories come to life through world-class ice skating. Our pupils were out of school for the whole day as they were part of 200 pupils invited to skate first on the second ice-skating rink before the show.
After spending an hour and a half on the ice (with Mrs Abdulla & Mcgregor ensuring no one was frozen!) they were then given a flashing rainbow wand and invited to sit rink side to watch the two hour show.
The show included scenes from The Little Mermaid, Moana, Tangled, Beauty & the Beast and Frozen. Disney stalwarts Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Pluto interlink each segment, which features each film’s classic hits such as Under the Sea, You’re Welcome, I See The Light, Be Our Guest and Let It Go.
A brilliant day out for some of our pupils who thoroughly enjoyed it.
