Y6 Girls' Football League 2022
Monday 21st March
On Monday 21st March 17 pupils from Hunter's Bar Juniors went to compete in the Y6 Football League against Dobcroft & Nethergreen, at King Edwards (Lower School).
Each school brought two teams and for this tournament we included girls from Y4 - Y6 to come and join in to get experience.
The girls were able to rotate their positions and the emphasis was on having fun and working hard for each other. This task was made harder for quite a few of the girls due to playing two years up!
Girls captain Lucy-Laura stated "Everyone tried incredibly hard and although one team didn't win many games we all had a good time and enjoyed the experience of playing."
