Senior Leadership Academy

First session of the Bexley Senior Leadership Academy took place on Monday the 15th of January at Hurstmere School.

25 Sport Leaders from across Bexley came to Hurstmere School for the first session of the Senior Leadership Academy this term. The session was run by Richard O'Sullivan who shared his knowledge and experience from his years of coaching. In groups we looked at different areas of coaching such as giving positive feedback, analysing techniques etc. It was a really enjoyable session and great to meet and work with other Sports Leaders from Bexleyheath Academy, Townley Grammar, Trinity and Welling School.
