#StayHomeStayActive Sock Challenges Day 3

Mr Robinson, 25 Mar 2020

Today's sock challenge is Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes and takes those of you that can out into the garden.

Take your sock ball outside as today you will be throwing your ball into the air.

  • Find a suitable space outside.
  • Throw your sock ball above your head and whilst the sock ball is in the air try and touch your head, shoulders, knees and toes before the sock ball comes back down for you to catch.

To get to grips with this challenge start by throwing the sock ball up and just touching your head before you catch. Gradually build up to head, shoulders and so on until you have mastered the challenge.

If you don't have an outside space go into the room with the highest ceiling and see how many parts of the body you can touch when throwing the sock ball above your head without it hitting the ceiling.

Have fun mastering today's challenge.
