Wednesday 13th March saw our Bronze Ambassadors instigate a “Beat the Keeper” competition to encourage more pupils to “get active at break times”!
Our new Bronze Ambassadors took some initiative and got children in KS2 to sign up for a "Beat the Keeper" competition at lunch time on Wednesday 13th March.
Those taking part had three attempts to try and put the ball past Stanley, who was determined to keep it out. In a very closely contested battle for first spot, Edward narrowly beat Oscar (both from Year 4) to win the coveted pair of goalkeeper gloves and Haribo sweets! Such was the success of this event. there have been calls from the other pupils to repeat it!
A huge "Well done" to our sports leaders for getting more children involved in sport at lunch times.
