Ex-student Emel G wins Sports Personality
Ex-student Emel G (year 7 Burnt Mill) wins Sports Personality and Sports Captain out of the whole of Lower School Burnt Mill, she has come so far considering at the beginning of primary school she didn't take part in P.E. clubs after school, wasn't excited to do lessons, until Mr O came in and motivated her, showing anyone can do anything if you put your mind to it. In her final few years at LP her love in sport started to increase, particularly for netball, this then saw her loving and doing every sport she could in her first year at secondary school.. winning Sports Personality of the year and Sports Captain. What a proud moment for Emel and the whole of LP!
