MATCH REPORT FOR WILLOW TREE NETBALL COMPETITION ON FRIDAY 1st NOVEMBER

NETBALL COMPETITION

First, we got the bus to Ealing Broadway, then walked all the way to Ellen Wilkinson school. After a bit of practice, we were ready for the first game.

Our team and I wished the Year 5 team good luck. Our first game was against St Vincents and we lost. We needed to work a little better as a team. Next up was Edward Betham, it was a draw and I scored both goals, it ended up as two all. Next, I was off and we were playing St Saviours, it was 0-0 and we played very well defensively but needed to work on our attacking. Our last game was against St Gregs (one side of Pitshanger Lane verses the other.) We held it together well, we didn’t score but we didn’t lose either because it was a draw. Overall, I think we improved lots and worked really well together.

One thing we need to work on is shooting. Then after a busy afternoon we headed back to school.
