Northbury become Quicksticks Hockey Champions for the first time!!

In the Hockey tournament at Robert Clack Leisure Centre Northbury A team finishes in first place whilst Northbury B team manages third place!!

Northbury become Quicksticks Hockey Champions for the first time!!

Northbury A team overcome George Carey A in the final of the Borough Quicksticks Hockey tournament to become Borough Champions and will now represent Barking and Dagenham in the London Youth Games.

Northbury A team overcame William Bellamy A and Ripple in the group stage to face George Carey B team in the semi-final. Whilst Northbury B overcame William Bellamy B, St Peters and Southwood to face George Carey A in the semi final. 

Northbury A beat George Carey B 8-0 in the semi-final to reach the final of the competition, whilst Northbury B lost narrowly 2-0 to George Carey A but managed to secure medals for 3rd place.

FINAL:

Northbury A beat George Carey A 3-0 to win the Borough Competition! Goals from Lily-Mae, Josh and Abdul secured the win for Northbury.  We are super proud of all the children that took part and for their amazing achievement to win the Borough competition.
