Come to Rugby Club each Wednesday

Alfie P, 18 Oct 2019

We're always looking for new members!

Alfie fills us in on a typical training session:

'We have learnt that you can only pass backwards when you pick it up off the floor step over the ball before scooping it up. When you tag someone you have to get yourself back onside by moving back in line with your team. When you want someone to pass the ball shout to tell them if you are on the left or right and try to catch the ball when you're at full speed.

If the opposition get the ball, make a wall with your team.  I would really recommend this club because the teachers are really supportive and we have lots of fun. We are going to play some matches against other schools after the holidays.'
