National District Girls Football Competition

Team Captain Jess Report

On Thursday 2nd November, the Ryvers' girls football team competed in the Under 11s Danone cup. When we arrived at St Peter's middle school we went and waited in the dining hall for all of the teams to arrive. In our group were Holy Family and Western House. Unfortunately, we were unable to score against either of these teams but we still got into the plate finals. Our first game in the finals was against St Mary's who went out by default as they had to leave before the last game. In the final we lost against Khalsa. We Improved as a team with each game and we all enjoyed ourselves. We look forward to our next match on Wednesday 8th November.
