Orienteering Competition

Sports crew, 21 May 2018

Today we went to a competition at Ranby House School.

Orienteering Competition

Today we went to Ranby to take part in the inter School orienteering competition which was organised by Mrs Swales who is our School SGO. For this term we have been doing orienteering in PE and also we have a after school club. Then we were invited to some practice sessions with Mr Parkinson from Bassetlaw Orienteering Club. He helped us learn how to use the special digital finger laser things. Also we got to see how big Ranby was and learn a bit about the layout of the school.

Anyway today us two did really well. We came 5th out if all the people that had already been . So fingers crossed 🤞 we might be in top 5 teams.

I am still buzzing , I loved it today.
