Quad kids

Sports Crew, 14 May 2018

On Friday we went to the quad kids festival at Retford Oaks .

Quad kids

On Friday we took 3 teams to the Bassetlaw quad kids event. We had 5 boys and 5 girls in each team and then everyone had to do all 4 events. These were 600m run 🏃‍♂️, this was such hard work. Then a 75m run or more like a sprint. After we did throwing a howler and standing long jump.

I won my 600m race and came 2nd in sprint. I threw the howler 19.5m and jumped 4.2m .

I was in team 1 and most of us did really well.

Today we found out that we came in 7th place overall, I was a bit disappointed 😞, I thought we would have done a lot better. Never mind , we will have to try again next time.
