Lords Cricket
Year 5 experiences an actual real life cricket ground for the first time.
Year 5 got the opputinity to go and watch Twickenham Ladies play at the Lords Cricket ground. It was the 20 20 matches and year 5 were so excited to be in such a huge stadium.
They were able not only to watch the matches but also take photos with some of the players amd get some autograpghs. The children were also able to take part in a a tour of the stadium , received plenty of goodies and even got to play some cricket games on the training grounds themselves.
The day was fantastic and everyone including the teachers and parents that went had a great time .
