Hartley Cup semi final victory

Our football team played in the semi final of the Hartley Cup this Wednesday against St James Lanehead Primary School. The boys made a good start to the game getting into a 3-0 lead thanks to goals from Sam, Feon and Joe. St James got a goal back just before half time and the sides went in at half time 3-1. St James then scored twice more with a goal from Joe in between making the game 4-3. Joe then completed his hat-trick and Feon got his brace and St Augustines saw out the game 6-3! The game was played in a great spirit and the boys played excellent. The final now awaits, hopefully to be played at Turf Moor!
