Cricket Competition

On the 24th of May the year 5 and 6 cricket team went to a competition in Ealing Cricket Club

  

On the last day of term, 10 people who went cricket club got chosen to be a part of the cricket competition at Ealing Cricket Club where there were 30 teams playing, all attempting to get to the top. We had a league of 4 teams to play with. 

These were the results: 

Match 1: Lost. 

Match 2: Tie 

Match 3:Win.

Match 4: Lose

St John Fisher came 4th and sadly that was the end for them this time. 

But after the half term, St John Fisher had a cricket match with the winning team Perivale Primary School team …..and won with 253 runs (Points) whilst Perivale scored had 252 Runs (Points). It was a really close game and we narrowly won in the end.

Unfortunately, that was the end for St John Fishers Cricket Competitions but we hope to have another one next year.
