Football Competition
On February the 1st we went on a football tournament in William Perkin High School. A couple days before the competition, Ms Kiely chose 16 children to go the tournament. On the day, we were dropped off at William Perkin and met outside the gate. After, we went through the gate and went onto a football pitch. We put into 1 team full of Year 5‘s and one team of Year 6‘s.
Game 1 and 2 for the 2 Teams
On the first match for the Year 5‘s, we won 2-0. We were only allowed 6 players on a team and each game was 6 minutes. The formation was Kamil was the goalkeeper and Yoel and Bartosz were defending. In midfield were Luke and Kadir and the striker was Kacper. On the first match for the Year 6’s, we won 3-0. The formation was Venuk as the Goalkeeper and John and Maryan were the defenders. In midfield it was Kacper and Micky and as our striker it was Oliver J. For the second game for Year 5 Yoel and Bartosz were on as substitutes. As goalkeeper it was Kamil and on defence it was Joshua and Kevin. In midfield it was Luke and Kacper. As the striker for the team it was Kadir. That game ended with the score 0-0. For the Year 6’s, Venuk was playing as the goalkeeper and Ashain and Krystian were defenders for the team. Micky and Kacper were midfielders and at front was Oliver J. That game ended with 0-1.
Game 3 and 4 for the 2 teams
On the third match for the Year 5’s, Kamil was our goalkeeper and Yoel and Bartosz were the defenders. Luke and Kacper were the midfielders and Kadir was the striker. That game ended with 0-1. For the Year 6’s, Venuk was their goalkeeper and Kacper and Micky were the substitutes on defence it was Ashain and Maryan. As the midfielders, Christian and John took the job and the striker was Oliver J. That game ended with the score 0-0. For the 4th game, the Year 5’s had Kamil as the amazing goalkeeper and for defence it was Kevin and Joshua. The midfielders were Bartosz and Luke and as the striker Kadir was the attacker. That score was 0-1. For the Year 6’s, they won an amazing 3-0 thanks to Oliver J –their striker. Venuk took the spot as the goalkeeper and John and Maryan were the unstoppable defenders. As their midfielders, Kacper and Micky were passing to the striker Oliver J.
Game 5 and 6 for the teams
For the second last game for the Year 5’s, Kadir and Bartosz were the substitutes. As goalkeeper, Kamil was the unbeatable goalkeeper and Yoel and Kevin were the defenders. The midfielders were Joshua and Luke and as the goal scorer Kacper was the one. That game ended with 0-2. For the Year 6’s, Venuk was the goalkeeper and Kacper and Maryan were the defenders.
