Year 4 Tennis

On Monday 25th June a group of our Year 4 pupils went to Rugeley leisure centre to compete against 11 other schools in a tennis competition. With some practise and a lot of determination they grew in confidence as the group stages went on and because of this found themselves in the semi-finals facing a tough opponent in St Marys. Drawing 3 out of the 4 games and losing one unfortunately meant that we finished third on the day but all the children where smiling all the way back to school and were proud of what they had achieved!
