Ryton 5-aside tournament 13.2.18

The boys' YR 5/6 football team took part in a 5-aside tournament this week. Having 4 other teams in the group and knowing only 1 team qaulified we knew it would be a hard evening.

We started strongly beating Whitley and Stivichal in the opening games. We then came up against a strong Finham side, but played extremely well winning 5-1. Our last game in the group was against Allesley, knowing that if we won this game we would qaulify for the finals night. It was a very close game but we managed to beat Allesley 1-0.

It was a fantastic event and the boys played brilliantly to qaulify for the finals!
