Tag Rugby Competition

Tag Rugby Macth Report By Kaydon Gogh

On Thursday the 8th of March Wren’s Nest Primary School took part in a Tag Rugby Tournament against 16 other schools. We had to travel all the way to Kinver High School and the pitch was MASSIVE!

On our team we had Kaydon, Carter, Remiah, Dylan, Connor, Kelsey, Morgan, Maja, Jayliyah, Richie, Bailey and Brandon.

As soon as we arrived it was time to play our first match. The score ended 3-1– we had won! The next match was 3-0 and our final match was 4-1. I felt amazing!

I think myself and Carter worked really well together. We were really able to help each other.

At the end of the tournament it was announced that we had made the FINALS!!!! The even better news was that we had won gold medals for the best sportsmanship. It was a fantastic day and I can’t wait for the finals.
