The Daily Mile
The Daily Mile team have adapted their guidance for schools so that it can also be used at home. The aim is to produce the same benefits which come from 15 minutes or more of walking, running or jogging in the fresh air - doing it at whatever pace suits you best. Travel to Tokyo (BOA / BPA)
Team GB and ParalympicsGB believe that staying active matters, now more than ever, both for physical and mental wellbeing. While we might not be heading to the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games this year, Travel to Tokyo, with funding from Sport England, is helping millions of 5 to 11-year-olds and their families from across the UK to get active together. #ThisIsPE is a collaborative project with Yorkshire Sport Foundation (YSF) and the Association for PE, and endorsed by the Department for Education as a home school resource. The YSF provide content for the primary school children and YST are focussing on secondary schools with a series of short videos. Move Crew - UK Active and Nike
ukactive in partnership with Nike have launched Move Crew, a set of activity missions designed to help kids unlock their 60 minutes of daily recommended activity.
