New Rise Gymnastics competition framework
British Gymnastics are proud to launch the new competition format for Rise Gymnastics.
It’s time to transition over to the new Rise Gymnastics Competition format. The Rise competition format offers a wide range of competition strands to choose from and focuses on a positive scoring system to reward the gymnasts for their performances. The format offers the choice of routine levels making it inclusive to all.
All the competition information including the delivery guide, routine documents, scoring spreadsheet, and video examples of the routines can be found at Schools Competition.
There is now also a free scorer e-learning module available to help to train scorers on the new format:
