Star jumps

Can you practice your Maths skills with your star jumps? Why not try 3 x 7 Star jumps....or 3 x 10 star jumps...or do your 3 times table up to 10 if you want a bigger challenge! 

You can do your stars in a seated position or one side at a time. You can also add a squat then jump into a star to make them harder!
