We all need to try to be physically active and The Daily Mile at Home can help almost everyone to do this.
The idea behind The Daily Mile project is to get children active, this has been adapted from the approach used in schools so that children can still do their daily mile from home.
Check out their website in the link above and sign up to take part in the daily mile challenge.
Their website also allows you to access a number of free resources you can use at home.
