4 weeks to go until the festive break

We have just 4 weeks left of this half-term. It is colder and darker and we have been in lockdown for most of this term so far. With that in mind, what are you doing to ensure that you, your colleagues and your pupils and their families are staying fit and active? Check out some ideas below for free (and some paid) activities to stay fit and well. Can you aim to be active for at least 60 minutes per day?

Below you will find a list of activities in the Buckinghamshire area to help keep you fit and well. Some will help to get you out andabout in the fresh air and some you can try at home.
