Building on the huge success of 'Path to Paris', which engaged more than 1.7 million people who logged an incredible 286 million minutes of activity, Get Set for Milan is designed to turn Olympic and Paralympic inspiration into action.

It’s quick, flexible and easy to join, making it simple for schools, families and youth groups to keep moving long after the final medal has been won.

  • Quick, flexible 15-minute activities that need no preparation or equipment – perfect for PE lessons, break times, youth clubs or at home
  • Inspiring athlete videos, connecting young people directly with winter sports and the stories behind Team GB and ParalympicsGB athletes
  • An interactive digital map, where teams travel virtually from Milan to Cortina as they stay active
