School Games National Santa Dash – Friday 11 December
It’s time to dust off those Santa hats and festive jumpers, and get ready to dash! The School Games National Santa Dash returns on Friday 11 December, bringing schools together for a day of festive fun, physical activity and shared memories.
The Santa Dash is a nationwide celebration of activity, with schools encouraged to take part in their own festive dash. Whether it’s a run, jog or walk, schools can choose a distance that suits their pupils and take part anytime during the day.
The aim is simple: have fun, get active and help pupils feel part of something bigger by joining thousands of others taking part across the country on the same day.
Last year, a record 122,654 participants took part. Let’s see if we can build on that this year!
Please share the details with your local schools and encourage them to take part. Help us spread the word and make this year’s Dash bigger than ever!
To help us capture the total number of participants, please ask schools to submit their numbers using the Santa Dash Google Form. Alternatively, you can complete the form on behalf of a group of schools.
Don't forget to share the festive fun on social media! Tag the School Games social media channels in your Santa Dash posts and use #SGSantaDash and #santasmiles so we can celebrate and support everyone getting involved.
Let’s make this year’s Dash one to remember!
