The Youth Sport Trust's "Advocacy in Action: Spring Term Snapshot" highlights key achievements in promoting physical activity and wellbeing among young people.

Notably, funding for the School Games Organisers network for 2025/26 has been confirmed, ensuring continued support for school sports. The Trust actively participated in the 'Game On' inquiry, advocating for PE as a core subject and enhanced school sports partnerships. Engagements with MPs, including a debate led by Leigh Ingham MP, emphasised the importance of PE and school sports.

The Trust contributed to the Curriculum and Assessment Review and supported the national listening exercise for the upcoming National Youth Strategy. Efforts also included promoting play sufficiency and wellbeing measures in the Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill. These initiatives underscore the Trust's commitment to ensuring every child benefits from quality physical education and activity.
