Network Live 2026: Shaping the Future of Women’s and Girls’ Cricket

Posted 9th February 2026

We’re pleased to share an exciting opportunity from the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) for those passionate about developing women’s and girls’ cricket.

Network Live 2026 is a two-day national conference, hosted by the Metro Bank Girls in Cricket Fund, taking place on 7–8 March 2026 at the East Midlands Conference Centre.

The event is designed to support and empower the educators, coaches, leaders and volunteers who are helping to shape the future of recreational cricket for girls and young women.

ECB 2026 Leadership Conference

Across the two days, attendees can expect a blend of practical coaching workshops, leadership sessions and inspiring keynote speakers, alongside opportunities to connect with others from across the cricket and education landscape. Speakers include Olympic gold medallist Kate Richardson-Walsh, RAF Commanding Officer Nicola Lofthouse, and senior leaders from the ECB.

The conference will also include a celebration evening and a wellness morning, recognising International Women’s Day and celebrating the grassroots leaders driving positive culture change within the game.

Ticket options:

  • Conference and accommodation package - £200
  • Conference-only package (no accommodation) - £125

This is a valuable opportunity for SGOs, teachers, and partners to build knowledge, share best practices, and strengthen pathways for girls within cricket.
