Nudge Up Targets is a fun challenge activity for the 7-9 age group which develops accuracy by trying to hit a specific target several times to gain points. 

  • Activity: Individual 
  • Purpose of activity: Increase pupil physical activity through personal challenge 
  • Including all pupils: Ideas for differentiation included, think STEP 
  • Pupil Role: participant, scorer 
  • Space: Indoors or outdoors - ensure the space is suitable for throwing balls at targets
