Nudge Up: Rounders Bases is a fun way of practising moving around all the bases, from one to another, changing direction, creating your own pattern. 

  • Activity: Individual 
  • Purpose of activity: Increase pupil physical activity through fun personal challenge 
  • Including all pupils: Ideas for differentiation included, apply STEP 
  • Pupil roles: Participant, Leader 
  • Space: Outdoors - ensure the space is suitable for movement between bases 
  • Equipment: cones, markers, rounders base (optional), alternatives if at home
