Nudge Up Agility Reactions challenge is a fun, fast-paced change of direction activity.  

  • Activity: Individual 
  • Purpose of activity: Increase pupil physical activity through personal challenge 
  • Including all pupils: ideas for differentiation included, think STEP 
  • Pupil roles: Participant
  • Space: Indoors or outdoors - ensure the space is suitable for movement in different directions 
  • Equipment: different coloured cones or markers
