The Daily Mile at Home is a family activity, with everyone running or jogging at their own pace in the fresh air together. 

The #DailyMileAtHome is an easy and fun way to keep fit and maintain good health and wellbeing, to keep your family active and motivated. The Daily Mile have worked hard with fantastic partners at London Marathon Events to create weekly challenges for The #DailyMileAtHome!

  • Purpose of Activity: Increase physical activity through fun family challenge, or pupils at school
  • Including all pupils: Everyone to run or move at their own level of ability
  • Space: Outdoors - ensure the space is suitable for a Daily Mile challenge
