West Yorkshire School Games - Winter Festival

Following their earlier qualification in the Wakefield Schools Championships, our Y4 and Y6 Orienteering teams competed in the West Yorkshire School Games Winter festival involving almost 700 young people competing in different competitions at Leeds Beckett University, Headingley Campus.

Following registration and the opening ceremony, the children went on to compete in their age groups. They did the school proud, pushing themselves to their limits - well done!

The Year 4 team came away with a medal for finishing 1st in the district and 3rd overall.
