Indoor Athletics Competition

On the 2nd of November 2017 5 boys and 5 girls from Y6 went to a Indoor Sports Hall Athletics competition where we did team races and field events (Javelin, Speed Bounce, Chest Push, Triple Jump and Long Jump).  It was run by Chris Ballard who is the Ruschliffe Schools Sports Coordinator. He runs lots of competitions all around Rushcliffe. All the activities were run by East Leake Academy Sports Leaders who recorded our scores. Overall it was a really fun and exiting afternoon and we managed to place third!
