BOX TO BE FIT
BOX TO BE FIT KS1&2
On 28th January KS1&2 participated in a BOX TO BE FIT excercise that boxers do.This included circut training and partener work. There was 12 stations which were 2 minutes of straight excercising with no breaks and a 10 second rest between stations. Everyone had fun and did very well! Well done to the children at the end who participated in a skipping compitition against each other, in front of the whole school!There is an app available for SKIP2BFIT,BOX2BFIT.
