European Sports Day

European School Sports Day 2020

On Friday 25th September, the whole of St Peter's took part in the European School Sports Day. 

From Reception to Year 6, all classes took part in the 120 Challenge! 

This meant that the children had to be active throughout the day for at least 120 minutes. This could include PE sessions, active learning and any play times and activities outside. 

We all completed different ways to keep active. Year 3 took part in an active Maths lesson which included times tables and then fitness/bootcamp activities. 

Year 4 took part in orienteering in the morning and in the afternoon. 

Year 6 played table tennis tournaments within their play times as well as PE sessions. 

We were all able to complete the 120 challenge easily! :-)
