Platform Cricket

Miss Catton, 25 Jun 2023

30 of our year 4 children competed in a cricket tournament at Mayo park.

Platform Cricket

The tournament was organised by platform cricket. The children were put into 3 teams. They all played really well, one of the teams only missed out on the semi-final by 1 run!! Another team won all their matches and played in the semi final, although they played really strong games and displaying determination, they didn't win. They did however play for 3rd or 4th place and they won 3rd place and came home with medals. Lucien won a special cup for outstanding attributes in his cricket on the day

"The other staff,  all the parents and I who watched the games were so proud of them and overall a really lovely day if cricket!" Jane Catton - Coach
